Introduced in 2025, the Certina DS Action Diver 38mm Powermatic 80 C048.807.22.041.00 combines the technical foundation of the DS Action Diver with a two-tone aesthetic. The 38mm stainless steel case incorporates gold-tone elements, including the bezel, crown, and central bracelet links, while maintaining a water resistance rating of 300 metres and full ISO 6425 compliance.
The blue dial is paired with a matching blue ceramic bezel insert, both designed to provide clear contrast against the applied markers and luminous hands. Super-LumiNova ensures visibility in low-light environments, and a date window is positioned at 3 o’clock. A domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating covers the dial.
Inside, the ETA Powermatic 80.611 automatic calibre delivers an 80-hour power reserve and features a Nivachron balance spring to enhance resistance to magnetic interference. The inclusion of Certina’s DS Concept Extreme Shock Resistance system reinforces the watch’s structural integrity. This reference presents a technically identical platform to the steel models, differentiated primarily through its materials and colour execution.
