The Glashütte Original PanoReserve 1-65-01-23-12-71 debuted in 2022 as a manually wound watch with a 40.00 mm stainless steel case, paired with a stainless steel bracelet featuring a fine adjustment clasp.
This reference is defined by its galvanic grey dial with the collection’s hallmark asymmetric layout. Time is displayed off-centre at 9 o’clock, accompanied by a small seconds sub-dial. The Panorama Date at 4 o’clock features white numerals on a grey background, ensuring optimal contrast and visual integration with the dial. A power reserve indicator is placed at 2 o’clock, marked “AUF/AB” to show the remaining energy in the mainspring.
The dial is finished with applied indexes and white gold hands filled with Super-LumiNova for enhanced readability. The sub-dials are decorated with a fine vinyl-type texture that reflects light subtly depending on the viewing angle.
Power is provided by the manually wound Calibre 65-01, visible through the sapphire crystal case back. Movement details include a traditional Glashütte three-quarter plate with striping, blued screws, polished steel components, and the hand-engraved butterfly balance bridge with duplex swan-neck fine adjustment.
Alternative strap options include Louisiana Alligator nubuck leather and synthetic fabric.
