The Oris Big Crown Pointer Date Starbuy Project 1 01 754 7785 4018-Set was introduced in 2026 as a 40mm limited edition created in collaboration between Oris and Starbuy Australia. Limited to 100 pieces, the watch is based on the Big Crown Pointer Date and is distinguished by its purple fumé dial, stainless steel case, and numbered limited-edition execution. The stainless steel case measures 40mm in diameter, 11mm in thickness, and 48mm from lug to lug. It follows the rounded Big Crown Pointer Date case architecture, with a smooth bezel, prominent crown, and sapphire crystal. Water resistance is rated to 50 meters. The watch is supplied on a leather strap, while Starbuy also notes compatibility with a seven-link stainless steel bracelet available separately. The purple fumé dial is the defining visual element of the reference. Its color transitions from a richer purple tone at the center to a darker outer edge, giving the watch a different character from the more traditional dial colors often used within the Big Crown Pointer Date line. The layout follows the collection’s established format, with central hours, minutes, seconds, and a central pointer-date hand indicating the date around the outer dial scale. Power comes from the Oris Calibre 754, an automatic movement with a pointer-date display. The movement provides central hours, minutes, and seconds, together with a date indication by central hand. It operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and has a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. The Starbuy Project 1 edition is delivered as a set and includes a Cervo Volante leather travel case. Production is limited to 100 pieces worldwide.
