About this watch
The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph WBY111D.FT8084 debuted in 2025 as a limited-edition model within the Formula 1 collection. The watch features a 38-millimetre case manufactured from sandblasted stainless steel with a black DLC coating. Case thickness is 9.9 millimetres, with a lug width of 18.5 millimetres. The case back is solid and executed in DLC-coated steel. Water resistance is rated at 100 metres.
The unidirectional rotating bezel is made from TH-Polylight, a lightweight composite material. The watch is fitted with a sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflective coating. The crown is executed in steel.
The dial is black opaline and features a contrasting pink flange. The central seconds hand is lacquered in pink, while the hour and minute hands and applied indices are rhodium-plated and treated with Super-LumiNova for legibility in low-light conditions.
Powering the watch is the TAG Heuer Calibre TH50-00, a solar-powered quartz movement. According to TAG Heuer, one minute of light exposure provides sufficient energy for one full day of operation, while several hours of exposure can supply up to ten months of autonomy. The movement provides the display of hours, minutes, and central seconds.
