The Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 40 AB31101A1C1S1 debuted in 2025 as a 500-piece limited edition celebrating the legacy of surf icon Kelly Slater. Housed in a 40mm stainless steel case with a blue ceramic bezel insert, this special edition stands out with a dial featuring a tropical foliage pattern—evoking the light and shade of Hawaii’s lush landscapes, where Slater now resides.
The watch is powered by Breitling’s Manufacture Caliber B31, a COSC-certified automatic movement introduced in 2024. It offers hours, minutes, central seconds, and a date at 6 o’clock, with a 78-hour power reserve. The open caseback displays the movement and is engraved with “One of 500” and “Kelly Slater Limited Edition.”
Available on a blue rubber mesh strap or a stainless-steel mesh bracelet, the watch is delivered in a special presentation box adorned with the same Hawaiian design seen on the dial. The set includes a personal note from Kelly Slater, underlining the watch’s connection to his story and lifestyle.
