About this watch

The IWC Pilot’s Watch Automatic 36 Le Petit Prince IW4588-02 debuted in 2026 as a stainless steel anniversary edition marking 20 years of collaboration between IWC Schaffhausen and the heirs of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. It combines the 36 mm Pilot’s Watch case with the blue-dial Le Petit Prince design language and a blue calfskin strap. Its stainless steel case measures 36 mm in diameter and 9.9 mm in thickness. The watch is fitted with a convex sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on both sides and is water-resistant to 10 bar. This reference uses a solid stainless steel case back engraved with an illustration of the Little Prince. The dial is executed in deep blue with a sunray finish and features white printed numerals and indices. The hands are gold-plated and filled with Super-LumiNova. The display consists of central hours, minutes, and central hacking seconds. Inside is the IWC-manufactured calibre 32102, a self-winding movement operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivering a power reserve of 120 hours. It uses 21 jewels and is fitted with central hacking seconds. The watch is fitted with a blue calfskin strap and a stainless steel pin buckle.
