The Patek Philippe Calatrava 5227G-015 5227G-015 debuted in 2026 as a white gold version of the date and sweep seconds Calatrava, combining the established 39 mm case with a rose-gilt opaline dial and a chocolate brown alligator strap.
Its case is crafted in white gold and measures 39 mm in diameter with a thickness of 9.24 mm. The case is fully polished and features a concave bezel together with curved, scalloped lugs. It is fitted with a sapphire crystal case back protected by a dust cover with invisible hinges, following the officer’s-style construction used for this reference. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
The dial is executed in rose-gilt opaline and fitted with applied faceted obus-style hour markers in charcoal grey white gold. The faceted dauphine-style hands are likewise executed in charcoal grey white gold. The display is limited to central hours, minutes, sweep seconds, and a date aperture at 3 o’clock.
Inside is the self-winding Patek Philippe calibre 26-330 S C. This movement displays sweep seconds and the date and incorporates a stop-seconds function for time-setting to the nearest second. It measures 27 mm in diameter and 3.32 mm in thickness, consists of 207 parts, uses 30 jewels, and is wound by a 21K gold central rotor. The movement operates at 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour and offers a power reserve ranging from a minimum of 35 hours to a maximum of 45 hours. It is equipped with a Gyromax balance, a Spiromax balance spring, and bears the Patek Philippe Seal.
The watch is fitted with a shiny chocolate brown alligator leather strap with square scales and a white gold prong buckle.
